Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa classes focus on the synchronisation of your movement with the rhythm of your breath. Classes are dynamic as you move fluidly between a series of asanas (postures) and experience an energetic mental and physical workout, through moving meditation.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha classes focus on the alignment of your body in poses. The physical postures are held for several breaths with precision - the pace is slower and less dynamic than Vinyasa Flow, yet challenging in a different way. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practises are also incorporated.
Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
Yin classes focus on releasing your connective tissues (deep fascia networks, ligaments, bones and joints). A series of passive, floor-based poses are long held for several minutes to stimulate the flow and remove blockages of life energy (known as ‘chi’ in the Chinese tradition or ‘prana’ in the Indian tradition) through channels known as ‘meridians’ or ‘nadis’, which run through the connective tissues of the body. Classes are themed on specific organs, with postures sequenced in order to stimulate the flow of chi through the meridians directed towards these target organs.
Classes are transformational as we practise Yin alongside mindfulness of the breath and body (techniques include Shamatha and Vipassana meditation, psychological enquiry and visioning). We learn how to stabilise the mind, remain present in the moment as it is and be at peace with ourselves no matter what arises. Expect to leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
Yoga for Stress, Burnout and Fatigue (including Long-COVID)
This style of yoga utilises tools and techniques to help students regain strength, find new ways of coping with the associated symptoms and support recovery. Classes can offer grounding, mindful and somatic work to help promote healing, conserve and restore energy and transform unhelpful habits of the body/mind system.
Yoga Therapy for Anxiety
Yoga therapy classes offer short-term relief and long-term changes to the nervous system to alleviate anxiety and stress levels through addressing the body and mind, providing greater peace, ease and psychological resiliency. We utilise the mechanisms underpinning yoga's curative effects as expressed through cutting edge research on yoga, neuroscience and the psycho-biology of stress. Techniques include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
Yoga Therapy for PTSD / Trauma
As above, yoga therapy techniques are tailored to alleviate symptoms of PTSD and Trauma.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is an accessible and gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for support and as a prop.
Tibetan Sound Therapy Treatment
Available for individuals and couples. This ancient treatment has now been integrated into modern psychosomatic treatments, as clinical studies show it’s therapeutic effects, including the induction of deep relaxation.
Cell harmonisation is achieved through the vibrations of the singing bowls, which are laid on your fully clothed body. The vibrations encourage tension and blockage release, leaving your body feeling pleasantly light and freely vibrating.
